And at night

Dishevelled men roam the streets, like gypsies. Clip clop clip. They sit atop carts pulled by bony horses or pull behind them huge mesh boxes on wheels. They’re the city recyclers, rummaging through the rubbish to find bottles and tins which all carry a small returnable fee. They’re not doing it for the greenness of our planet – this is how they live.
